If you arrive Friday morning at the Holiday Inn Express before the official check-in time, hotel staff will make an effort to check you into your room if it is available. If you arrive before check-in time and your room is not yet available, hotel staff will store your luggage and attempt to find a room for you to use to change clothes etc.
We will organize van trips between the Holiday Inn Express and the department near the beginning and end of the conference schedule of each day as well as for special events. More information will be announced and distributed at or shortly before the conference.
The Holiday Inn Express is about 2 miles from the Math department. Walk or drive south on Olentangy River Road and take a left at Lane Avenue, crossing the bridge. Right on Tuttle Park, left on Woodruff after passing the Balckwell Inn, immedieatley after that a right on Neil Ave (walking only) after Knowlton Hall. Left on 18th Ave.
There are a couple of pubic bus lines with direct connections to campus, namely COTA 7 and COTA 18 . The bus stop is on Olentangy River Road a black south of the hotel.
